Uline seeks Customer Service Interns to work year-round at its Minnesota Branch in Hudson, WI with flexible hours during the school year to accommodate your academic schedule.

Position Responsibilities
Develop foundational knowledge of Uline’s products, systems, processes and customers through hands-on work in customer service.
Work with customers to find the right product, answer shipping inquiries and order status questions.
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers via phone, email and chat.
Process orders and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Propose new product suggestions based on comments from customers.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
Collaborate with internal departments to help customers navigate our website and place orders online.
Ongoing product training to build product knowledge.
Minimum Requirements
This internship is open to College Junior and Senior class students.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Clear and professional communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal).
Excellent organizational and team player skills.
Hardworking and enthusiastic personality.

Master Uline's inbound and outbound warehouse manager operations through an 18-month Rotational Management Program.
Participate in hands-on UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Transfers, Velocity, Inventory Control, QC and Maintenance department training.
Develop Warehouse Manager / Management skills by leading and motivating others.
Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.
Minimum Requirements

Position Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing accounts and develop new business within Uline territories.
Spend Mondays in-office planning your week, then make in-person sales visits Tuesday - Friday.
Provide effective solutions for customers, including recommendations from our catalog of 40,000 quality products, as well as incentives.
Deliver strong customer service supported by our Call Center and Administrative teams.
Develop extensive sales skillset in preparation to advance to Account Manager.
